GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Wiz Apt Oy / Sustainable Solutions
Effective from 1 January 2025
These General Terms of Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the terms and conditions for the use of accounting and/or tax services for sole proprietors, provided by Wiz Apt Oy (Business ID: 3485247-1) and Sustainable Solutions (Business ID: 3153167-2).
1. DEFINITIONS
Service Provider: Wiz Apt Oy / Sustainable Solutions, which provides the user with accounting and/or tax services, registers the sole proprietor with the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH) and the Tax Administration, and handles other related administrative duties.
User: A legally competent natural person of legal age who is registered as a sole proprietor.
Agreement: The agreement entered into between the User and the Service Provider at the time of the User’s registration and acceptance of these Terms. Additional services may be included under this Agreement with the User’s consent.
Each party is hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”.
2. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT AND APPLICATION OF TERMS
The Agreement is deemed concluded when the User accepts these Terms and the privacy policy.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
The Service Provider offers accounting and/or tax services, including invoicing tools, to sole proprietors. Use of the service requires appropriate authorization via the Suomi.fi portal for tax-related matters.
The User may upload documents related to invoicing and accounting, based on which the Service Provider will produce the necessary accounting records.
This Agreement governs the right to use the service and any connected paid additional services.
4. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
The User may activate additional functions offered by the Service Provider, either as one-time services or on a monthly subscription basis.
5. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The User agrees not to:
- Operate in violation of the law or these Terms.
- Engage in licensed activities without the necessary permissions or qualifications.
- Use the service while under a business prohibition.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
The User agrees to:
- Comply with applicable laws, the Service Provider’s instructions, and these Terms.
- Independently ensure that their operations meet all legal requirements.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide all necessary data to the Service Provider and clients to enable correct invoicing and accounting.
- Notify about the completion of services for clients.
- Keep their information current.
- Understand that they remain responsible for their accounting and taxes even after discontinuing the service.
- Be aware that using the service may affect eligibility for unemployment benefits, pension accrual, and other entitlements.
- Submit information required under the Finnish Anti-Money Laundering Act (Chapter 3, §3) upon registration and keep it updated.
7. SERVICE SUSPENSION
The Service Provider has the right to suspend the service if:
- The User violates the law or accepted social norms.
- There is reasonable suspicion of unlawful use of the service.
- The User violates these Terms or fails to follow the Service Provider’s instructions.
The service may also be temporarily suspended for maintenance. The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by temporary unavailability.
8. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The Agreement is valid indefinitely from the date the Terms are accepted.
The User may stop using the service at any time.
The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement with two weeks’ notice, or immediately in case of breach of the Terms.
9. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
The User must promptly report any identified errors. The Service Provider will correct errors as soon as reasonably possible.
10. DATA SECURITY
The Service Provider ensures an appropriate level of data protection.
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from public internet networks.
The service may contain links to third-party websites, for which the Service Provider is not responsible.
Cookies are used as described in the privacy policy.
The User is responsible for the security of their own devices and internet connections.
11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS
The Service Provider may amend these Terms and pricing without separate consent. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the price list constitute the entire agreement between the Parties. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the Finnish version shall prevail.
13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Agreement is governed by Finnish law.
Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiations, and if unresolved, will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
14. ENTRY INTO FORCE
These Terms enter into force on 1 January 2025 and remain valid indefinitely.

APPENDIX: DATA PROTECTION AGREEMENT
1. General
This appendix governs the processing of personal data between the User and Wiz Apt Oy during the use of the service.
2. Roles of the Parties
The User acts as the data controller and Wiz Apt Oy as the data processor.
Wiz Apt Oy undertakes to comply with applicable data protection legislation and process data strictly for the defined purposes.
3. Personnel
Employees and contractors of Wiz Apt Oy are bound by confidentiality, even after the end of their employment or engagement.
4. Data Collection and Storage
Personal data is collected solely at the initiative of the User.
Collected data includes:
- Name, contact details, Business ID
- Client, invoicing, and contract details
- Data input into the service by the User or clients
5. Purposes of Use
- Fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Analytics and service development
- Compliance with anti-money laundering legislation
