Accounting has been part of Olga’s professional life since 1998.
She founded Wizard Consult Raamatupidamisbüroo in Estonia and managed the company for more than 20 years, serving as Owner and CEO and leading a team of up to 11 employees.
Since 2014, her professional work has continued in Finland, including experience as Country Manager (Finland) and, from 2022 to 2026, at Hinrikus Oy Tilitoimisto.
Her background combines accounting, statutory reporting, payroll and accounting systems with business management and board-level experience, with a particular focus on international businesses.
